We offer onsite services due to our extensive knowledge in the field. We have also found this to be beneficial as we do not negatively impact the end-user with their day to day functionality. In addition to this, we also offer offsite repairs coupled with a pick up & drop off service.
All “call outs” that are logged before 12pm will be attended to on the same day, anything after 12pm will be attended to the following morning. We guarantee that once we have collected your hardware, or you drop it off, we will have an estimate to you within 12 hours, detailing our diagnosis and cost.
